VELGAAD started where most of our clients still are: needing a shipment moved, a supplier verified, a screen installed or a system built, and having to call four different companies to get it done.
We brought those four things under one roof so there is one plan, one price and one person answering the phone. We operate from Slatina, with our own team in Shenzhen and a partner network across Europe and Asia.
Local enough to walk into a supplier’s factory, connected enough to move a container from that factory to your dock.

We find the factory, visit it through our own team in Shenzhen and inspect every batch before it leaves. You only buy from suppliers someone has actually seen.

Sea, rail, air or road, whichever gets the cargo there on time and on budget. One booking, one set of documents and one person who always knows where it is.
03Switch on
LED screens installed and running, and the software that ties orders, shipments and invoices together. A project is finished when it works, not when it is delivered.
Two offices,one route.
Our head office is in Slatina, Romania. Our own team works in Shenzhen, a short drive from the factories we buy from. Between the two runs a network of carriers, forwarders and installers we know by name.
In practice, the supplier is checked by someone who can walk into the factory, the cargo is booked by the people who receive it in Europe, and the screens are installed by the team that ordered them. Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there is no handover.

What does VELGAAD actually do?
We move freight by road, sea, air and rail, find and check suppliers in China, supply and install LED displays, and build custom software. One team handles all of it, so you deal with one company instead of four.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Slatina, Romania, run by Logispro SRL. Our own team works in Shenzhen, China, close to the factories we buy from.
Who do you work with?
Companies that import from Asia or move goods across Europe, shops and venues that need LED screens, and businesses that want software built around their operations.
Which transport modes do you cover?
Road (full and part loads, express, oversized and ADR), sea (FCL and LCL), air and rail, and any combination of them on a single route.
Should my goods go by air or by sea?
It depends on how soon you need the goods and how much they are worth. We price both options side by side for your shipment, including the legs to and from the port or airport, so you compare the real total.
Can you arrange door-to-door delivery?
Yes. Collection at the supplier, the main transport and delivery to your address are booked as one job, followed by one person from start to finish.
How do you check a supplier?
Our team in Shenzhen visits the factory, confirms it really makes what it sells, checks its export documents and production capacity, and sends you a report with photos before you commit.
Do you inspect goods before they ship?
Yes. We check quantity, finish and packaging against the approved sample before loading. If something is wrong, it gets fixed at the factory, not after it reaches Europe.
Can you help with product documents?
We collect and check the CE, RoHS and other documents your product needs for the EU market, and flag anything missing before production starts.
What kind of LED displays do you supply?
Transparent LED screens for shop windows, LED walls for indoor and outdoor use, and digital totems. Pixel pitch and brightness are chosen for each location.
Do you install them?
Yes. We visit the site, plan the mounting and the power supply, install the screens and set up the content system, then show your team how to use it.
What happens if a panel fails?
Panels carry the manufacturer’s warranty and we manage the claim and the replacement for you. Regular maintenance can be agreed as part of the project.
What kind of software do you build?
Web platforms, client portals, booking and tracking tools, and integrations with ERP, accounting and carrier systems.
Can it work with the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. We look at what you already have first and build around it, instead of asking you to replace it.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the project is paid in full. Third-party libraries stay under their own licences. This is written into every contract.

What should I send you for a quote?
For transport: origin, destination, weight, dimensions and when the goods are ready. For sourcing, displays or software, a short description of what you need is enough to start.
Is my cargo insured?
Carrier liability is limited by law and is usually well below the value of the goods, so we recommend cargo insurance. We arrange it on request and quote it per shipment.
