Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to our services and to this website. Version 1.0, September 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Logispro SRL, trading as VELGAAD, with its registered office at Str. Mihail Eminescu nr. 19, Slatina, Olt, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under J2024047687004, tax identification number RO51005983.
Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “VELGAAD” mean Logispro SRL. “You” or “the client” means the person or company we are quoting or working for.
2. Scope of these terms
This website is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a price list or a binding commitment, and no service can be bought or paid for here.
Work starts only after a written quote from us is accepted in writing by you, by email or by signed order. These terms then apply to that engagement, together with anything specific we agreed in the quote. Where the two differ, the quote wins.
3. Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the information you give us: dimensions, weights, values, timing, addresses, technical specifications and any constraints that matter. If that information turns out to be different in reality, the quote may change.
Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 15 calendar days and assumes normal working conditions: accessible loading and unloading points, no unusual waiting time, and no special permits beyond those we listed.
4. Transport services
We arrange and manage road, sea, air and rail transport, individually or combined in a single multimodal route.
- Road: FTL, LTL, express and oversized loads. ADR cargo is accepted only when declared in advance and only with the correct documentation and packaging.
- Sea: FCL, LCL, bulk and RO/RO. Sailing schedules are published by the carriers and can change for reasons outside our control.
- Air: express, priority and deferred, plus dedicated charter. Airline capacity is allocated by the carrier and is not guaranteed by a booking alone.
- Rail: container and full wagon on the Europe–Asia corridors. Transit times are indicative and depend on terminal and border throughput.
- Multimodal: where several legs are combined, we remain your single point of contact for the whole route.
Transit times are estimates, never guarantees, unless we have expressly agreed a fixed delivery date in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the cargo description, for packaging suitable to the chosen mode, and for any permit or authorisation attached to the goods themselves.
5. Supply chain and sourcing
Our supply chain services cover storage, inventory management, pick and pack, distribution, and sourcing from China through our own team in Shenzhen.
On sourcing engagements we audit suppliers, inspect goods before loading and manage the certification file (CE, ISO, RoHS and similar) for the specifications you confirm in writing. We check conformity against those specifications. We do not warrant that the goods are fit for a purpose you have not described to us.
Samples approved by you become the reference for the production run. Quantities, tolerances and acceptance criteria are those set out in the confirmed order.
6. LED and display technology
We design, supply, install and service large-format LED displays and the control systems behind them.
Every project starts with a site survey. Our design, power calculations and structural assumptions are based on that survey and on the information you provide about the building. If site conditions differ from what was surveyed or declared, the scope and the price may need to be revised.
You are responsible for providing the power supply, structural support and access agreed in the project documentation, and for obtaining any authorisation required for the installation. Manufacturer warranties on panels, processors and power supplies are passed on to you as issued. They do not cover physical damage, water ingress beyond the declared IP rating, power surges, or work carried out on the installation by anyone other than us.
7. Software development
We build custom platforms, integrations and tracking tools. Each project is defined by a written specification agreed before work begins.
Unless the contract says otherwise, intellectual property in the custom source code written for you transfers to you on full payment. Third-party components, open-source libraries and any pre-existing framework of ours remain under their own licences, and you receive a non-exclusive right to use them as part of the delivered product.
Delivery is accepted against the agreed specification. Defects reported within 30 days of acceptance are corrected free of charge. Changes to the specification, new features and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are those in the accepted quote, in the currency stated there, exclusive of VAT unless said otherwise. Duties, taxes, demurrage, detention, storage, waiting time and any cost caused by information that proved inaccurate are charged in addition, at cost.
Invoices are payable within the term written on them. Late payment attracts statutory interest under Romanian law. We may suspend work or withhold goods in our possession while an invoice is overdue.
9. Liability
For transport, our liability is the liability of a freight forwarder and is limited by the mandatory international conventions that apply to each leg: CMR for road, the Hague-Visby Rules for sea, the Montreal Convention for air, and CIM/COTIF for rail.
For the other services, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the value of the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, loss of contract or any other indirect loss.
Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.
10. Insurance and claims
Cargo is not insured unless you ask for it in writing and we confirm the cover and the premium. Carrier liability is not insurance and is capped well below the commercial value of most shipments.
Visible damage must be noted on the delivery document at the moment of receipt. Any claim must reach us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, or of the date the goods should have been delivered, together with the supporting documents.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, among others: weather, strike, port or terminal congestion, border closure, customs or authority action, war, embargo, epidemic, cyber attack, or the failure of a public utility or network.
12. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's commercial, technical and pricing information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement by three years.
13. Use of this website
The content of this site: text, images, renders, layout, code and the VELGAAD name and logo, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may read it, share links to it and print it for your own use. You may not copy it into another site, product or commercial material without our written agreement.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available.
14. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will always try to settle a dispute directly and in good faith. If that is not possible, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office in Slatina, Olt County, will decide.
