1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Logispro SRL, trading as VELGAAD, Str. Mihail Eminescu nr. 19, Slatina, Olt, Romania, J2024047687004, RO51005983.

2. What we collect

Only what we need to answer you and to do the work:

From the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the reason for your enquiry and whatever you write in the message.
From an engagement: the contact details of the people involved, addresses for pickup and delivery, and the information needed for transport documents and invoicing.
From the website itself: technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies.

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of data: health, political opinions, religion, biometrics or anything similar.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To carry out an engagement: performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To issue invoices and keep accounting records: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
To keep the site working and secure, and to understand how it is used: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
To send commercial messages: only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The contact form does not send anything to us by itself: it opens your own email app with the message ready to send.

If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner and update this section. You can delete stored data at any time from your browser settings.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with those who need it to deliver what you asked for:

carriers, airlines, shipping lines, terminals and customs agents, for the movements we arrange;
suppliers and inspection teams, including our own team in China, on sourcing engagements;
our accountants, auditors and IT providers, bound by confidentiality;
authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell personal data and we do not share it for someone else's marketing.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some engagements involve partners outside the European Economic Area, mainly in Asia. Where that happens, the transfer is either necessary for the performance of your contract or covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements: 12 months.
Contracts and the correspondence around them: 3 years after the last transaction.
Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years, as required by Romanian law.
Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.

9. Security

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it. Connections to this site are encrypted, systems are kept up to date, and our staff and suppliers are bound by confidentiality. No system is perfect, but we treat a breach as an incident and notify it where the law requires.

10. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data badly, tell us first, since it is usually the fastest fix. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
